Generate a Vaccine Inventory Report to Display Vaccine Stock Units

In File Maintenance, select System > EHR > Vaccine Inventory. The Vaccine Inventory List window opens. To generate a report, highlight a vaccine row, select the Open Menu button, and select Print. The Vaccine Inventory Master File report opens. Select the Filter button on the Report Toolbar. The report filtering options appears on the Settings List pane of the NextGen Report Filter: Vaccine Inventory window. Columns is the default selection. Select the appropriate columns, for example Vaccine Status, Vaccine Name, Starting Units, Units used, and Available Units. On the Settings List, select Filter2, and set Vaccine Status to Equals Active and VFC to Equals N. On the Settings List, select Sorting, and sort the report by Practice. To display the total number of records, on the Settings List: Select Totals. Select the Count records check box. Select OK. Generate a Vaccine Inventory Master File report

In File Maintenance, select System > EHR > Vaccine Inventory. The Vaccine Inventory List window opens. To generate a report, highlight a vaccine row, select the Open Menu button, and select Print. The Vaccine Inventory Master File report opens. Note: The report displays all default data, such as Vaccine Status and Vaccine Name, CPT and CVX code, Lot Number, NDC ID, Practice and Practice ID. To filter the report according to the type of vaccine data you need to display on the report, select the Filter button on the Report Toolbar. Generating a Vaccine Inventory Master File Report

You can generate and print a Vaccine Inventory Master File report, which enables you to display Vaccine Inventory data for your practice, multiple practices, a specific location within the practice, or all locations. You can display Vaccine Inventory report data according to your practice’s needs, using the following options: Selecting columns (such as Vaccine Name, CPT4 and CVX code, and Expiration Date) Selecting Filters (such as, Practice, Units remaining, and VFC) Sorting data (Such as grouping by Location and Sort Ascending by Vaccine Name) Displaying totals By selecting columns and filters, you can generate reports to obtain data, such as the following: Determine how vaccines are being used for Vaccine for Children (VFC) patients. Generating and Using Vaccine Inventory Reports

To better manage your practice's vaccine inventory, you can generate the following report types: Vaccine Inventory Master File report: This report enables you to display Vaccine Inventory data for your practice, multiple practices, a specific location within the practice, or all locations. The Vaccine Inventory Master File report is accessed in File Maintenance and is not a Crystal report. For more information about the Vaccine Inventory Master File report, see Generating a Vaccine Inventory Master File Report. Vaccine Inventory SAP Crystal Reports: These reports enable users to track the inventory of active vaccines for Vaccine for Children (VFC)-eligible patients and non-VFC patients by location. For each practice location, users can track when active VFC vaccines or Non-VFC vaccines are entered into the Vaccine Inventory. The report groups the information for each vaccine by Vaccine Name, and displays the following information for each vaccine: Brand Name, manufacturer, lot number,

Create Inventory Entries for COVID-19 Vaccines

You can add entries for any COVID-19 vaccine stock available to your practice in the Vaccine Inventory List window. Open File Maintenance. Under Master Files - System, select Vaccine Inventory. The Vaccine Inventory List window opens. To create entries for any vaccine stock available to your practice, select open menu , and then select New. The Vaccine Inventory window opens. Find the corresponding COVID-19 vaccine from CDC Vaccine List and enter values in all the required fields. Note: Most details are automatically filled by the First Databank content set, including the manufacturer. Generate a Report of Vaccinated Patients

You can use the NextGen® Enterprise EHR reporting tool to generate a report of vaccinated patients that can be used for tracking purposes. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookupwindow. From the File menu, select Reports > Generate Reports > by Practice.The NextGen Report Filter: Patient window opens. Under Settings List, select Orders. To create an immunization report, select Immunization in the Select Order Type list. To find a specific CPT® code for a vaccine, under Select Vaccine, select .The Vaccine Search window opens. On the Vaccine Search window, select a vaccine and select OK. To create a report of vaccinated patients, in the Vaccine Status list, select Include, and Administered.
