Generate a Graph from a Medical Records Template

You can generate a graph for a NextGen® Enterprise EHR Medical Records template associated with a patient encounter.

For the graph to display properly, numeric data must exist in the template fields. If fields do not contain data, no data is displayed in the graph. As the graph is being generated, NextGen® Enterprise EHR displays a warning if a field does not contain data.

Data can only be added or revised in template fields in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Your system administrator creates and modifies templates using Template Editor.
