Print Formatted Results

On the Orders Summary tab, select an order. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow. Select Print on the Results toolbar. The standard Microsoft® Windows® Print window opens. Select a printer and select Print. Resize Results for Printing Parent topic: Formatted Results Tab

Display Test Order Results in a Formatted View

On the Orders Summary tab select a completed test. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow. Select the Formatted Results tab at the bottom of the Results panel. The results appear with the patient detail at the bottom of the Results panel. To print these details, select Print on the toolbar. Note: If you update a patient's demographic information in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Modify/Update Patient Information window, before you log out of the current session of NextGen® Enterprise EHR, this change may not be reflected in the patient's demographic information in Formatted Results. To display the updated demographic information on the Formatted Results tab, log out or exit NextGen® Enterprise EHR; and then log back on. Parent topic: Formatted Results Tab

Fax Formatted Results

On the Orders Summary tab, select an order. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow. Select Fax on the Results toolbar. The Send Fax window opens. Enter the To/From details and a Fax number and select Fax. The formatted results are faxed to the defined fax number. Note: The resulting Fax document must fit an 8.5-inch wide paper size so it may look slightly different from how it appears in the Formatted Results tab. Parent topic: Formatted Results Tab

Fax Test Orders

Once an order is created and saved, you can fax orders from the Orders Summary tab in the Orders module. Note: Before using the Fax function in the Orders module, you must enable it in the NextGen System Administrator settings. On the Orders Summary tab, select a test order. On the Orders Summary Top toolbar, select Fax. The Send Fax window opens. Enter the To/From detail including the destination type, with the entity name and fax number, and then select Fax.
