Open the Integrated Equipment Module
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient, and then create an encounter or open an unlocked encounter. Do one of the following: From the Main toolbar, select File > Summary > Equipment. From the Encounter History tab, if an encounter contains any equipment reports, select the equipment report icon. The Equipment Reports pane appears.
