Encounters in Enterprise Chart

If a patient is enrolled in Enterprise Chart, the Encounter History tab displays the patient's encounters from all practices instead of just from the current practice.

Enterprise chart encounters have the following characteristics:

• Encounters that occurred in a different practice are automatically locked. You cannot unlock these encounters.
• To modify or add a patient data for a practice, you must access the applicable encounter within the practice.
