Copy Paste	Standard Microsoft Windows command available when images, templates, or documents are open.
Find Undo	Available only when documents are open. Find specific text. Replace defined text with new text. Undo the preceding action.
Resize Rotate Select Region	Available only when images are open.

File Menu

The NextGen® Enterprise EHR File menu includes the following options. File Option Description New Enables you to create an encounter, case, custom encounter, addendum, group encounter, patient, person, insurance, image, template, document, and referral, and also lock an encounter. Imaging Module

The Imaging module enables you to use clinical images while working with a patient’s medical record in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can only access the Imaging module when an image is saved to the patient's chart. With the module, you can open existing images to modify, illustrate, annotate, convert, and save them to a patient's history. You can also scan an image, perform necessary modifications, and then save it. Each image is cataloged by patient, date, and title. From the Imaging module, you can add, modify, print, or delete Quicknotes, or add provider signatures to NextGen® Document Management images. Modification or annotation of NextGen® Document Management images is not enabled.
