Imaging Module

The Imaging module enables you to use clinical images while working with a patient’s medical record in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can only access the Imaging module when an image is saved to the patient's chart. With the module, you can open existing images to modify, illustrate, annotate, convert, and save them to a patient's history. You can also scan an image, perform necessary modifications, and then save it. Each image is cataloged by patient, date, and title.

From the Imaging module, you can add, modify, print, or delete Quicknotes, or add provider signatures to NextGen® Document Management images. Modification or annotation of NextGen® Document Management images is not enabled.
