Duplicate a Problem

You can simplify the process of entering information if a patient suffers from a recurring problem. If the problem was resolved or not, you can duplicate or recur the problem.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window.
  2. Select the patient's encounter that contains the problem.
  3. Open Problems module.
  4. Select the problem.
  5. Select the Recur button.
    NextGen® Enterprise EHR adds the problem to a patient's Problems List.
  6. Enter information and make necessary changes.
