Document Queue Window Components

The EMR Document Queue window includes four panes.

  • The first pane contains these controls:
    • Start. Start Document Queue.
    • Stop. Stop Document Queue.
    • Hide. Hide or show the third and fourth panes. After you select Hide, it changes to Show.
  • The second pane displays:
    • Status of Initial Delay, Running, Stopped, Connected, or No Database Connection.
    • Number of documents that were generated successfully or that failed
    • Refresh / Gen progress bar that indicates the time until the queue is refreshed. The refresh rate is based on the Pending/Refresh setting in the Options window.
  • The third pane displays:
    • Source database
    • Machine. The name and IP address of the workstation that runs Document Queue.
    • Gen Time. The time that the current document has been generating.
    • Avg. The average time it has taken to generate documents since the utility has been running.
  • The fourth pane, Pending, displays documents queued for offline generation and contains a taskbar.
