Option	Action
Increase the priority (default)	Moves the document higher in the queue so it generates more quickly. The priority is from 9 to 1, lowest (default) to highest. When the window opens, the priority is set one level higher than the current priority. You can perform one of the following: To accept the default priority, you can just select Done. You can enter the priority number. You can select the High, Medium and Low buttons to quickly change the priority.
Do Nothing	Waits for the document to complete. This action cancels the currently requested document generation and leaves the document in the queue to generate offline.
Cancel offline generation and generate now	Removes the document from the queue and generate the document immediately in real time. The document is saved after it is generated, as it would if it were sent offline. Note: This is only available as an option if the document is currently in Pending status.

Destination Description Immediate Generates the document immediately and opens it in the designated viewer. You can do one of the following: To save the document to the patient' chart, you can select the Save check box. To print the document on the default windows printer for your workstation, you can select the Print check box to print the document on the default windows printer for your workstation. The document is automatically saved to the patient chart. You can also print the document after it is generated. Offline Generates the document offline and saves it to the patient's chart using the TX Text Document Queue utility. The Document generation - Queue Resolution window opens when the same document is being generated offline and real time simultaneously. The window opens regardless of the generation requests being made from a single workstation or multiple workstations. The window provides the document information and available actions. Automate the Document Generation

You can configure the conditions for automatically generating offline or printed documents. To configure conditions for the automatic generation of the document, you must add the document name to the Automatic Document Configuration grid along with its conditions. On the Document Config system template, expand the Document Generation panel. Document Queue Window Components

The EMR Document Queue window includes four panes. The first pane contains these controls: Start. Start Document Queue. Stop. Stop Document Queue. Hide. Hide or show the third and fourth panes. After you select Hide, it changes to Show. The second pane displays: Status of Initial Delay, Running, Stopped, Connected, or No Database Connection. Number of documents that were generated successfully or that failed Refresh / Gen progress bar that indicates the time until the queue is refreshed. The refresh rate is based on the Pending/Refresh setting in the Options window. The third pane displays: Source database Machine. The name and IP address of the workstation that runs Document Queue. Gen Time. The time that the current document has been generating. Avg. The average time it has taken to generate documents since the utility has been running.
