Set Up Patient Confirmation during Immunization Query

When you perform an immunization query on the Registry tab, the system displays the patient immunization history from the selected registry. You can choose to confirm the patient demographics before the registry information appears.This setting applies to both immunization history and immunization forecast queries. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. Select the Require Patient Confirmation for Immunization Query check box. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Disable the Automatic Display of the Vaccine Allergy Review

When administering immunizations, an Allergy Review window automatically displays to enable you to view and verify a patient's allergies. You can disable the automatic display of this window. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. In the top section of the Immunizations tab, select the Disable Allergies Review before Ordering check box. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Select the Default VIS Category

You can select your practice's default VIS category so that you can view a patient's VIS documents by selecting the default category on the Categories tab. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. Select the VIS category from the Default VIS Category list. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Select the Default Registry

You can select your practice's default registry. This registry is selected by default, when a user creates or updates Immunizations orders. If your practice has multiple locations, you can set up the Default Registry for location. For more information on how to select default registry for location, see Select the Default Registry for a Location. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences.
