Disable the Display of the Immunization Registry Tab
When accessing Immunization schedules, the Registry tab automatically appears. If your practice is not currently accessing data from registries, you can disable the display of this tab. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. Clear the Show Registry History and Forecast tab check box. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Select the Default Registry for a Location
If your practice has providers in multiple locations, you can select the default registry for each location. CAUTION: If you set up the default registry for a location, the systems uses this preference as the default over the practice default. In File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > EHR > Locations. Select and open a location. On the Location Information window, select the Order Module tab. Select the Default VIS Category
You can select your practice's default VIS category so that you can view a patient's VIS documents by selecting the default category on the Categories tab. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences. Select the VIS category from the Default VIS Category list. Select OK at the bottom of the Imm tab. Select the Default Registry
You can select your practice's default registry. This registry is selected by default, when a user creates or updates Immunizations orders. If your practice has multiple locations, you can set up the Default Registry for location. In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Set up Rights for Applying Order Preferences Across Practices
In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand OPERATIONS and then select Apply Order Preferences across Practices. Select Yes under Access Rights. Note: The Access Rights default is Yes. If you set the access rights to No, you cannot select all practices while copying order preferences across practices (such as required fields), setting up the Vaccine Inventory, or updating the Vaccine Schedule in File Maintenance.
