Update or Modify Provider Demographic Information
You can update or modify the provider demographics information. In File Maintenance, open the provider in the Providers master file. The Modify Provider Information window opens. Select the Demographic tab. Perform one or all of the following: In the E-Mail Address field, enter a valid email address associated with the selected provider. In the Fax field, enter a valid fax number associated with the selected provider. In the Phone field, enter a valid phone number associated with the selected provider. Enter the first name and last name of the selected provider in the First Name and Last Name fields. Modify Provider Information Select the ePrescribing tab. In the Networks section, select open menu . Select Retail > Enroll. The EPrescribing Message Submission confirmation window appears. Select OK. Parent topic: Demographic Information Issues
