Create an eRx Task List Tab

You can create user-defined tabs in the task list. By creating tabs and then assigning each task to a category, you can view tasks assigned only to a particular category or a group of categories.

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, from the Main menu, select File > Workflow.
    The Work Flow window opens.
  2. Select Setup Tabs from the Tasks menu.

  3. Select Add.
    The <New Tab> opens.

  4. Enter a name for the new tab.
  5. Assign a specific Task List Category to the tab.

  6. To re-order created tabs, select Order Tabs.
  7. Select OK.
