Configure the following features as appropriate:
To enable users to add to an existing document in the repository, select
Allow Addendum

To enable users to overwrite an existing document in the repository, select
Allow Replacement

Configure CCD and C-CDA Imports
In the Data Share pane, select Open the Data Share Settings Slider Open the Data Share Settings Slider, then configure the following options as appropriate: To enable users to display document relationships (original, replacements, and addenda) in a tree view when accessing the Documents Manager, select Include Document Relationship. To always attempt to retrieve the latest on-demand snapshot from the exchange if an attempt to import a document from an on-demand source fails, select Retrieve On-Demand snapshot. To include consent documents when importing from a repository, select Include Consent Documents. To automatically start the Clinical Reconciliation module after importing documents, select Auto launch reconciliation module. Configure Document Management Image Exports
You can control which Document Management (DM) images are included in Continuity of Care Document (CCD) and Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) exports. In the Data Share pane, select Open the Data Share Settings Slider Open the Data Share Settings Slider. From Document Management Image Export, select Show Document Management Images. Document Management Image Export To display only DM images that have been collected within a set number of days, enter the number of days in Default Viewable Days. Users can override this date range when selecting images to export. To allow an export to include all categories of DM images, select Documents. To exclude some categories of DM images from being available for export, do the following: Select Categories. The Document Management Category Filter window opens. Configure Data Share Module Settings
You can configure settings that affect all users of the Data Share module. To configure these settings, your account must have the OPERATIONS > Medical Summary/Data Share > Allow Options Edit right enabled in System Administrator. Note: Data Share module settings also affect the Medical Summary Utility. In the Data Share pane, select Open the Data Share Settings Slider Open the Data Share Settings Slider. Open the Data Share Settings Slider A pane opens to display configuration settings for the Data Share module. Data Share Settings Pane View or modify the values of any options. Select Apply or Cancel. The settings pane closes. Set Limits on Attachments You can use Data Share module settings to limit the number of attachments that can be included in an export, and the effort that is spent generating custom thumbnails.
