Communication Component Grid
The grid displays details about logged calls made in the Communication component. Details for specific calls can be collapsed and expanded using the and
icons next to the call.
Calls logged from the previous telephone call template displays in the grid, but these calls can only be viewed in the component. You can make changes to the call based on the Panel properties. After the call is changed or updated, it is displayed as a new row in the Communication Component Grid under the existing Call Type.

If you select a communication task from the Workflow module, the Communication component opens and focuses on the call associated with the task.
The Sign-Off Comment call type has been added in the Communication component. This call type appears only if the sign-off comments exist.
You can generate and print a separate document with the sign-off comments.
