View and add Provider Signoff Comments

You can view the current signoff details and comments from the previous provider for a pending, rejected, or signed-off PAQ item on the Encounters or Categories tab for a selected patient document, image, SAP® Crystal Reports®, or HTML object.

You can add the provider sign-off comments for a signed-off or rejected PAQ item. The added comments are displayed in the Communication Component grid.

If the PAQ Copy Signoff Comments preferences are turned on, any comments you enter for a document, or image linked to a lab or radiology order are copied to the Sign-off and Tracking Comments section of the order in the Orders module.
