Change a Custom Appointment Status

You can change the status description or color.
  1. In the Appointment Preferences window, select the appointment status to update.
  2. To change the status description, enter the new description in Status.
  3. To change the associated color, select the Text Color box to display a Color window, and then select a basic color or define a custom color.
  4. Choose a color to associate with the status, and then select OK.
  5. Select Update.
    Changes to the appointment status description and color are saved, and added to the list of status.
