Automatic Order Tracking Comments

Your practice can select the Automatic Order Tracking Comments practice preference to display system-generated comments in the Sign-off and Tracking Comments window for various Orders and Immunizations actions. For example, the system can display comments when an order is sent successfully through an interface, registry, or exported to Patient Portal. Adding and Tracking Comments for Immunizations Orders

You can add and track comments for orders throughout the Immunizations order process. Note: After an Immunization within an order is signed-off by selecting Sign-off from the Immunization or Order Summary tab, you cannot add any additional Sign-off comments. The Sign-Off and Tracking Comments section on the Orders Summary tab displays a comment indicating which Immunizations have been Signed-off. You can, however, add tracking comments by accessing the Sign-off and Tracking Comments window. You can add and track comments for orders throughout the Immunizations order process.
