Automatic Order Tracking Comments
Your practice can select the Automatic Order Tracking Comments practice preference to display system-generated comments in the Sign-off and Tracking Comments window for various Orders and Immunizations actions. For example, the system can display comments when an order is sent successfully through an interface, registry, or exported to Patient Portal. Your practice can select the Automatic Order Tracking Comments practice preference to display system-generated comments in the Sign-off and Tracking Comments window for various Orders actions. In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Select Test Favorites for a Practice
Select File Maintenance > System > Practices. Select a practice. Select Preferences. In the Preference List, select Orders Module. Select Order Module > Lab/Rad tab. Select the folder to select one or more of the Order Test Favorites lists that have been created for your database. These tests must have already been created in File Maintenance. Track Order Comments
Open your custom practice template with an Orders Management order control. To add comments or view previous comments, select Tracking on the toolbar or right-click the order and select Tracking from the list. Note: If you are using a private or practice filter, you must select the Tracking command in the Display tab when you set up the filter. The Sign-off and Tracking Comments window opens. Review any previous comments. Enter comments. If you have created My Phrases, select My Phrases to select a phrase from the list. Do one of the following: To simply save the comments, select Save. If you add comments that require another user or group to perform a task, select Save & Task and select the recipient.
