Assign Delegates for Active Users or Providers

You can assign the delagates for active users or providers to act on your behalf.
  1. From the Admin menu, select Work Flow Manager, and then Administrator.
    The Work Flow Manager: Administrator window opens.

    This window contains tabs for Providers, Users, and their office status. The Providers tab opens by default.

  2. To assign a delegate for a provider, select the provider name on the Providers tab.
  3. To assign a delegate for a user, select the Users tab, and then select the user name.
  4. Select Modify.
    The Work Flow Manager: Administrator window opens.

    The window shows the name and office status of the selected provider or user. The In the Office status is selected by default.

  5. If the provider or user is not in the office, select Out of the Office. You can also set up a schedule for out-of-the-office time.
  6. To change the provider or user to set up delegates for, select the Provider or User, and then select the new name from the list.

  7. Delegate the PAQ tasks and workflow tasks. For a provider, you can assign delegates for both types of tasks. For a user, you can delegate only workflow tasks.
