Add Prescribed Medication Custom Deletion Reasons

The Prescribed meds custom deletion reasons master list enables you to create custom reasons (up to 25 characters each) that explain why a prescribed medication is being deleted. By default, the list contains the Entered in error reason. You cannot modify or hide this system default reason.

  1. In File Maintenance, select Master Lists > Prescribed meds custom deletion reasons.

  2. Select Open menu and add relevant reasons.
