Add Patients to NextGen Care® Population Management Hub

You can add a patient from the Patient Information Card (PIC) in NextGen® Enterprise EHR to the My Lists tab in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest NextGen®Care Population Management Hub User Guide forNextGen®Enterprise.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window.
  2. On the PIC, select Profile Options, and then select Add Patient to My List from the list.
    The Save as My List window opens.

  3. Under the Update Saved List section, select the list name, and do one of the following:
    • To include patients from both lists, select Merge.
    • To replace all patients in the existing list, select Override.
  4. Select OK.
    The patient is added to the My Lists tab in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub.
