You can update the patient's information on the Patient Information Card (PIC) through the Modify Patient Information window.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window.
- To modify the patient's information; on the PIC, do one of the following:
- Select the patient's name.
- Select Profile Options
, and then select Modify Patient from the list.
The Modify Patient Information window opens.
- Make the desired changes, and select OK.
