Add Comments for a New Immunizations Order

You can add comments to new Immunizations order when selecting vaccines or administering an Immunizations order.

  1. When creating the Immunization order (on the Select Vaccines tab or the Vaccine Details tab), select the Tracking tab.

    The tracking comments tab opens.

  2. To add a comment, select Add.
    The Sign-off and Tracking Comments window opens.
  3. Select the comment type (Sign-off or Tracking) and enter your comments.

  4. If you have created My Phrases, select My Phrases to select a phrase from the list.
  5. To save your comments, select Save or Save & Task to send the comments to the appropriate user or group.
