Action Panel

The action panel enables you to enter new calls, make updates to existing calls (depending on your permission settings), and create tasks when logging a call.
Action Panel

The Action Panel has a top tool bar that contains:

  • Call Type: A new call can be logged by selecting a type from the list
  • Date: Defaults to the current date and time
  • After hours: Select if the call is after business hours for your practice
  • Cancel: Cancels the current call
  • New Call: A new call is opened

Outside of the basic workflow for call types, from the Action Panel you can:

  • Use pre-configured comments called My Phrases and Manage Phrases
  • Perform an administrative action if needed
  • Release info of logged PHI
  • View scheduled appointments for the selected patient
  • You can Add and Add & Task the call types, and Save & Reply the call task.
