Set Up Quick File Hot Keys Master File

When you set up the Quick File Hot Keys master file and Quick File is activated, you can configure the Quick File entries that appear at the top of the File window in NextGen® Document Management. Each entry you make in the Quick File Hot Keys master file contains predetermined filing information that you can apply to a document or image by selecting the applicable Quick File entry. The Quick File Hot Keys master file saves you the time it would take to manually enter the filing information for each image in a batch. With the Quick File feature, you only need to select the appropriate Quick File listing for each document in the batch.
