You can start, stop or pause the
NextGen® Background Business Processor Engine service from:
- The Engine menu on the NextGen® Background Business Processor Manager main toolbar.
- The list of services in the Services section of the Microsoft Windows Control Panel:
Note: You should stop the NextGen® Background Business Processor Engine service on all NextGen® Background Business Processor Servers prior to performing any upgrade.
