Move successful files	Indicates the network location or folder to which you want the NextGen® Background Business Processor application to move successfully processed files.
Move failed files	Indicates the network location or folder to which you want the NextGen® Background Business Processor application to move unsuccessfully processed files.
Job runtime alert setting (minutes)	Indicates the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email.
Job runtime alert email	Indicates the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert.

User-Specified Application Job

You can create a job that runs an application that you specify. For example, you can set up NextGen® Background Business Processor to run a batch file that uploads statement or exported claim files to a processing center. Configure the following fields: Field Description User-Specified Application Select the ellipsis button and select the application you want the job to run. Note: The NextGen® Background Business Processor Engine takes the working directory from the path name of the application file you specify. For example, if the user-specified application is "C:\temp\jjj.bat", then the working directory will be "C:\temp" -- this will be as if the application were started in that directory Command Line Arguments Enter any command line arguments that you want to apply to the application. Command line arguments are parameters that control how the application executes. Change of Address Update Job

You can create the job to download and export the address change by configuring the fields as described in the following table. Field Description Source Directory Indicates the directory from where you want the job to select the address update File. Update Address Records Indicates whether you want the job to update the address records based on the address update file. Address Change Report: Printer Name Indicates the printer through which you want the report to get printed. Address Change Report: Export Format Indicates the format in which you want the report to get generated and exported. Address Change Report: Export File Name Indicates the path and file name where you want the generated report to export in the format that you had selected. Stored Procedure Job

You can create a job within NextGen® Background Business Processor that automatically executes a stored procedure during the times the package is scheduled to run. Each Stored Procedure job can run only one stored procedure. If you want a package to execute more than one stored procedure, you must create a job for each stored procedure. Configure the following fields: File Description Stored Procedure Name Enter the name of the stored procedure you want the job to run. Stored Procedure Parameters Select the ellipsis button and enter the parameter name and values in the Stored Procedures window. Select OK when finish entering parameters. Statements Job

You can create a job to generate and export statements. Warning: If a Statements job fails to export the file, NextGen® Background Business Processor does not export the statement file, even if it looks acceptable. When a Statements export job fails, it is probable that NextGen® Background Business Processor has not updated the Next Statement Dates. This could result in duplicate statements in the next statement run. Configure the following fields: Field Description Statement Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the statement. Require Account Minimum Statement Amount Indicates the account minimum statement amount to display on the statements.
