Map SNOMED Code with the Diabetic Eye Exam Procedure

On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Quality Reporting Order Findings xref. The existing data set items associated with the Quality Reporting Order Findings xref data set appear in the grid. Data Sets Setup Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. SNOMED codes and the related details that you add in the Custom DBPicklist Setup template will appear in the SNOMED Type template in run time. Open the Custom DB Picklists template. Document Ocular History

You can document new ocular history on the Ocular History - OPH template. On the Histories tab, click the Add in the Past Ocular panel to open the Ocular History – OPH template. ocular history - oph Select an ocular category.
