You can view removed guideline for a patient on the Care Guideline Setup template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- From File, select System \ Practice Template.
The Select Template window opens.
- On the Practice tab, select the All option.
- Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
- Expand the Define Guideline Reasons & Auto Application panel, select the Show only Removed/Inactive checkbox.
All guidelines that are removed and are not inactive are displayed.
