Remove a Guideline

You can remove a guideline for a patient on the Care Guideline Setup template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
   The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
5. Expand the Define Guideline Reasons & Auto Application panel, and select the guideline from the data grid.
   Details listed in the grid for the guideline fill in the fields above the grid.
6. Select the Remove button.
   The guideline no longer displays in the grid with active guidelines.
