You can modify a task after Quick Tasks are set up on the Quick Task Setup template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Intake template.
- In the Orders panel, select the Standing Orders link.
The Office Services template opens.
- On the Office Services template, select Quick Task or
.
The Quick Task Setup template opens, displaying the existing tasks in the grid.
- To update a task, select the task in the grid, enter changes in the fields, and select Update.
- Do one of the following:
- To save the changes and close the template, select Save & Close.
- To save the changes and send the task to task recipients, select Save & Send.
- If you select Save & Send, then select task recipients, and select OK.
