Update Quick Tasks after Initial Setup

You can modify a task after Quick Tasks are set up on the Quick Task Setup template.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Intake template.
  3. In the Orders panel, select the Standing Orders link.
    The Office Services template opens.
  4. On the Office Services template, select Quick Task or .
    The Quick Task Setup template opens, displaying the existing tasks in the grid.
  5. To update a task, select the task in the grid, enter changes in the fields, and select Update.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • To save the changes and close the template, select Save & Close.
    • To save the changes and send the task to task recipients, select Save & Send.
    • If you select Save & Send, then select task recipients, and select OK.
