Open the
Diagnostic Details Builder
template.
In the
Category and Subcategory Options
section, select a record from the grid.
The
Specialty

Category
, and
Subcategory
for the selected record are available for editing.
Make the required changes, and then select
Update
.
The record is updated and available in the grid.
In the
Findings and Test Result Configuration
section, select a record from the grid.
The
Result Findings

Test Results

Units
are available for editing.
Make the required changes, and then select

.
The updated details are available in the grid.

Copy a Practice with Diagnostic Details
Open the Diagnostic Details Builder template. Select the source practice to copy the category, subcategory, result findings, and test results data. Select the Copy Category, Subcategory, Result Findings, and Test Results to practice field. The Practice window opens. Select a practice, and then select OK. Select Copy. On the confirmation message, select Yes. The category, subcategory, result findings, and test results are copied into the selected practice. Create and Configure Obstetrics Diagnostic Details
You can preconfigure the diagnostic study categories, subcategories, result findings, test results, and test units that appear in the Diagnostic Details template in Obstetrics Prenatal Detail. Open the Diagnostic Details Builder template. Note: The default practice is automatically selected. The preconfigured specialty, category, subcategory, findings, and test results for the practice appear in the grid. In the Category and Subcategory Options section, select a specialty from the list or the All specialties option. Note: To clear the values in a particular field, select Cl. To clear all the fields in a section, select Clear All. To add diagnostic groups, select a category. Enter a subcategory, if necessary. Select Add. The selected specialty, category, and subcategory details are added to the grid. Select a record for specialty, category, and subcategory from the Category and Subcategory Options grid. To add preconfigured result findings, type the description in Result Findings in the

Update Diagnostic Details
Open the Diagnostics Details template The diagnostic study details records are available in the result details grid. Select a record in the result details grid to update. Diagnostic Details - Result details grid Update the necessary fields. Select OK. Note: You can delete a record using the Remove button. Open Diagnostic Details Builder
From theFilemenu, selectSystem \ Practice Template. TheSelect Templatewindow opens. From theShowsection, selectAll. Select Custom DB Picklists, and then select OK. The Custom DB Picklists template opens. Select OB Diagnostics Results from the list, and then select Configure. The Diagnostic Details Builder window opens. Document Diagnostic Details
Before you begin Ensure that a diagnosis is available in the Today's Assessment grid. In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add. The OB Diagnostics template opens. In the Today's Assessment grid, select a diagnosis. In the Orders section, select the Diagnostic study field and select a diagnostic study. The selected diagnostic study and the code appears. The Diagnostic Details link appears in the Result details section. Select the Diagnostic Details link. The Diagnostic Details template opens. To enter the diagnostic details, do the following: Select the Exam type. Enter the Fetus number. Enter the EGA at time of Sonogram and the EFW. Select Category and Subcategory. Select Result Findings. Select or add the Test Result Findings. The result appears in the grid. Select OK. The result also appears in the Result details section on theOB Diagnostic template . Edit a Diagnosis
You can edit the description of a diagnosis. Before you begin Make sure that the applicable template with the Diagnosis grid is open. In the Diagnosis grid, select the diagnosis. Diagnosis grid Click Edit. The IORTS Dx Edit window opens. IORTS Diagnosis Edit window Click the Diagnosis field, and edit the description. Click Update to update the entry and close the window.
