template
The diagnostic study details records are available in the result details grid.
Select a record in the result details grid to update.
Update the necessary fields.
Select
OK
.
Note:
You can delete a record using the
Remove
button.

Document Diagnostic Details
Before you begin Ensure that a diagnosis is available in the Today's Assessment grid. In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add. The OB Diagnostics template opens. In the Today's Assessment grid, select a diagnosis. In the Orders section, select the Diagnostic study field and select a diagnostic study. The selected diagnostic study and the code appears. The Diagnostic Details link appears in the Result details section. Select the Diagnostic Details link. The Diagnostic Details template opens. To enter the diagnostic details, do the following: Select the Exam type. Enter the Fetus number. Enter the EGA at time of Sonogram and the EFW. Select Category and Subcategory. Select Result Findings. Select or add the Test Result Findings. The result appears in the grid. Select OK. The result also appears in the Result details section on theOB Diagnostic template . Open Diagnostic Details
Before you begin Ensure that a diagnosis is available in the Today's Assessment grid. Select the Prenatal Detail tab In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add. The OB Diagnostics template opens. In the Today's Assessment grid, select a diagnosis. In the Orders section, select the Diagnostic study field and select a diagnostic study. The selected diagnostic study and the code appears. The Diagnostic Details link appears in the Result details section. Select the Diagnostic Details link. The Diagnostic Details template opens. Diagnostic Details Document Diagnostic Details You can add exam type, estimated gestational age (EGA), estimated fetal weight, and preconfigured diagnostic details for a diagnostic order. Update Diagnostic Categories
Open the Diagnostic Details Builder template. In the Category and Subcategory Options section, select a record from the grid. The Specialty, Category, and Subcategory for the selected record are available for editing. Make the required changes, and then select Update. The record is updated and available in the grid. In the Findings and Test Result Configuration section, select a record from the grid. The Result Findings, Test Results, and Units are available for editing. Edit a Diagnosis
You can edit the description of a diagnosis. Before you begin Make sure that the applicable template with the Diagnosis grid is open. In the Diagnosis grid, select the diagnosis. Diagnosis grid Click Edit. The IORTS Dx Edit window opens. IORTS Diagnosis Edit window Click the Diagnosis field, and edit the description. Click Update to update the entry and close the window. Manage Historical Diagnostic Study
To open the Diagnostic History Entry template, do one of the following: In the History Summary panel, select Diagnostic, and click Add/Edit. On the Histories template, in the Diagnostic Studies panel, click Add. The Diagnostic History Entry template opens. To update the historical diagnostic study, do the following: On the Diagnostic History Entry template, select a historical diagnostic study that need to be updated from the grid. Update the Interpretation and / or Result as needed. Click Update. The record is updated. If the record was previously added to the Reason for Visit panel, the corresponding record in also updated in the Reason for Visit panel. Close the template. To delete a historical diagnostic study, do the following: On the Diagnostic History Entry template, select a historical diagnostic study that need to be deleted from the grid. Click Delete. Modify the Specimen Details
In the Specimen Collection panel, you can modify the specimen records in the grid. Note: You must select the Specimen collection filter option above the grid to modify the specimen details. In the Specimen Collection panel, highlight a specimen record in the grid. Click Edit. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Click Save & Close. The data updates in the grid.
