Sorting Option	Description
Section	Determines the position of the section; all rows with the same section name as the selected row are moved at one time; this is the default sorting option selected when the practice template is first opened
Question	Determines the position of the screening question within a section
Answer	Determines the order of the answers associated to the same question within the section

Determine the Order of Interview Elements

On the Interview Questions panel, the Sections, Questions, and Answers are shipped in alphabetical order. You can choose where you would like these items to appear in runtime. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config template, Interview Questions panel, enter the required data for the preadmission interview question. Select one of the sorting options. Highlight the grid row for the section, question, or answer to be moved. Click the promote or demote sort buttons to change the order based on the sorting option selected. Save the practice template. Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template

The Interview Questions panel displays the scheduling questions associated with the procedure. When the procedure is selected in the Procedure panel, the grid in the Interview Questions panel populates with the screening questions pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions If you wish to ask patient the scheduling questions associated with a particular section, click the Section field above the grid. The questions associated with the selected section appear in the grid for selection. The Question field contains the first question available in the grid and the corresponding options for the answer appear in the Answer field. Change the Order of Patient Instructions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, select an option to sort the patient instructions: Section Instruction - sets the order of the patient instructions within a section in the grid Select a row in the grid. Click the promote or demote sort functionality below the grid. The selected row moves to the new position. Save the template. The pre-admission patient instructions in runtime on the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel are in the same order set up on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Associate Procedures to Preadmission Questions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Interview Questions. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. Click Section and select a section from the list. To clear the chosen section, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list to type a section name. Click the Question field to open a list of screening questions associated with the chosen section. The screening questions are configured in the Interview Questions panel. The ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template is used to configure screening questions, tasks, and patient instructions for scheduling documentation. The template is packaged with preset options for the Ambulatory Surgery (ASC) Specialty. Configuring Components for Surgery Scheduling

You can configure hardware needed for a surgery or being removed in a surgery from the Components panel of the IORTS Cfg Surgery Schedule system template. You can also configure the body part, the picklists attached to the body part, the display name, and the order in which the picklists appear. The gray tabs along the top displays the picklist column headers for the selected body part.
