Set Clinical Status or Resolved Date for Problems

You can set a clinical status or resolved date for a problem on the Problems panel on the Histories-Cardiology template.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Histories - Cardiology template.
  3. Click the Problems panel.
  4. In the Problems List section, select a problem to update the status.
    The details of the selected problem have been displayed in the fields.

  5. To update the clinical status or resolved date, do one of the following.
    • To update the clinical status, click Clinical Status, select a status, and click OK.
    • To set a problem as resolved, in Resolved Date, select the resolved date.
  6. Click Add/Update.
