Remove the Management Items
The
Management Items
panel enables you to remove a management item from the grid.
Access the
Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx
system template.
Expand the
Management Items
panel.
Click
Specialty
and select a specialty from the list.
The grid displays the management items configured for the selected specialty.
To view management items configured for a specific practice, click
Practice
and select the practice from the list.
To filter management items in the grid based on a particular body system, do as follows:
Click the
Body system name
filter field above the grid.
A list of body systems appears.
Select a body system from the list.
The grid displays the management items associated with the selected body system.
Highlight the row to be removed and click
Remove
.
The selected management item is removed from the grid.

Configure Management Items
Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Management Items panel. To configure the specialty-specific management items, click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. To configure the management items for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. To clear the value from the Practice field and start over, click Clear. Select Sync Specialty and practice on all panels to synchronize the selected Specialty and Practice values on the following panels: Past Medical History Past Surgical History Family History Click Management and select a management item from the list. The list includes the PMH Management items configured in the Conditions and Management Configuration panel. Modify the Management Items
In the Management Items panel, you can update the management items in the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Management Items panel. Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. The grid displays the management items configured for the selected specialty. If you want to view management items configured for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. To filter management items in the grid based on a particular body system, do as follows: Click the Body system name filter field above the grid. A list of body systems appears. Select a body system from the list. The grid displays the management items associated with the selected body system. Highlight the row to be modified. The data populates in the fields. To view management items configured for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. Click the Body system name field above the grid and select a body system from the list. The grid reloads to display management items associated with the selected body system. Modify the Medical Conditions
In the Past Medical History panel, you can update the medical conditions in the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. Click a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid. The grid displays medical conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Past Medical History panel, see Filter the Medical Conditions. Highlight a condition in the grid to be modified. The data populate in the fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields, and then click Update. The updated conditions appear in the grid. The Family History panel enables you to update the family history conditions in the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Family History panel. Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. The grid displays the family health conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view family health conditions configured for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. Click a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid. The grid displays family health conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Family History panel, see Filtering the Family Health History Conditions. Highlight a condition in the grid to be modified. Configure Sub Headers Without the Conditions
In the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template, you can configure sub-headers for the Past Medical History, Past Surgical History, and Family History without selecting any conditions. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand any of the following panels: Past Medical History Past Surgical History Family History Note: The fields marked with an asterisk(*) are mandatory. To configure the sub-headers for a specialty, click Specialty and select the specialty from the list. If you want the sub-header items for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. To clear the value from the Practice field and start over, click Clear. Click the Sub Header option. Note: Do not select a condition from the Condition field. To configure sub-header for a specific gender, click Gender and select a gender from the list.
