Click the
Data Set
field and select
PT Exercise
from the DB picklist.
The grid displays the existing PT Exercise data set items.
Select a row in the grid.
Click
Remove
at the bottom of the grid.
The selected item deletes from the grid.

Remove a Custom DB Picklist Item
In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, highlight the DB picklist name. The selected DB picklist appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Expand the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel. The Show selected DBPicklist option displays the existing list items of the selected DB picklist. Highlight a row to delete. Click Remove. The selected row is deleted from the grid. Delete a Value on a Database Picklist

In the Assessment Plan Customization template, Order Sets (My Plan/CustomPlan) DBPicklists data grid, select the Full List or Specialty List option.The grid is populated with the corresponding data.
