On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then click OK. Click the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list. Highlight the required record in the grid to remove and click Remove. On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Test Codes. The existing data set items associated with the Test Codes data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save, and then click Close. On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan. The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data sets appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save and then click Close.
