You can remove measures at any time. Removed measures are not deleted, but are disabled and do not appear on the Exceptions/Measures template. If you remove a measure, patient measures created when the measure was active retain the values.
- Open the Provider CQM Maintenance template.
- In the Claims Based Reporting Setup panel, select a measure in the grid.
The data fields are filled with the data from the selected measure and Remove is enabled.
- Select Remove.
The selected measure has been removed.
Note: To view the removed measures, select the Removed option above the grid. You can restore the removed measures to the Active list.
