PRAPARE® Configuration
The PRAPARE® Configuration template enables you to:
- Set the pediatric age in the Peds age for PRAPARE® field so that some of the questions in the PRAPARE® form are no longer mandatory for the pediatric patients.
- Manage score related to each response documented on the PRAPARE® form using the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel.
The system is packaged with preconfigured values provided by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) in the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. Based on this configuration, a score is assigned to the response captured on the PRAPARE® form. You can add and edit the values.
- Set up the risk level associated with the Total Score displayed on the PRAPARE® form using the PRAPARE® Total Score and Interpretation Configuration panel.
The system calculates the risk level based on the configuration value in Minimum Total Score, Maximum Total Score, and the Interpretation fields in the PRAPARE® Total Score and Interpretation Configuration panel.
If the Total Score is greater than or equal to the Minimum Total Score and less than the Maximum Total Score, then the system updates the Interpretation field on the PRAPARE® form with the appropriate risk level.
For example, based on the grid below, if the Total Score is 5, then Interpretation is Medium Risk and if the Total Score is 4, then the Interpretation is Low Risk.
Minimum Total Score Maximum Total Score Interpretation 1 5 Low Risk 5 10 Medium Risk 10 20 High Risk - Configure the practice-defined questions and responses displayed on the PRAPARE® form and copy them from the current practice to another practice using the Practice Defined Questions panel. You can configure up to five practice-defined questions.
- Configure the data for PRAPARE® crystal reports using the PRAPARE® Crystal Report Configuration panel.
