PRAPARE® Configuration
template
.
From the
Practice Defined Questions
panel, select a question.
Edit the question in the
Questions
field and then click
Update
.
To update a response, select a question and then a response.
Edit the response and then click
Update
.
The updated response appears in the
Response
grid.

Update an Interpretation
Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel, select the interpretation entry from the grid that you want to update. Add Practice-Defined Questions and Responses
You can add up to five practice-defined questions and configure multiple responses for each question for the PRAPARE® form. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, type the question and then click Add. The question appears in the Questions # grid. To add a response for the question, select the question from the Questions # grid, type the response, and then click Add. Note: If you do not add a response to a practice-defined question, free text is enabled for response on the PRAPARE® form. The response appears in the Response grid. Add an Interpretation
Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel, enter the score range for interpretation in the Minimum Total Score and Maximum Total Score fields. Enter the interpretation for the score range in the Interpretation field. Click Add. A new entry is added to the grid. Parent topic: PRAPARE® Configuration

Delete a Practice-Defined Question and Its Responses
Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, select a question and then click Delete. The question and its responses are deleted from the Questions # and Response grids respectively. Parent topic: PRAPARE® Configuration

Copy Practice-Defined Questions to Another Practice
You can copy the practice-defined questions and their responses from the current practice to another practice. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, click the Copy questions and answers to practice field, then select a practice, and then click OK. Practice Defined Questions panel Click Copy. On the message that appears stating that copying questions to the selected practice will overwrite its existing questions and responses, click Yes.The questions and responses from the current practice have been copied to the selected practice. Delete an Interpretation
Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel, select the interpretation entry from the grid. Click Remove. The interpretation is removed from the grid. Parent topic: PRAPARE® Configuration
