Enable the PRAPARE® link in the Social and History Summary Panels
To access the PRAPARE® form from the Social panel or the History Summary panel, you must configure the Practice Configuration template. From the File menu, click System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice-level templates opens. Select Practice Configuration, and then click OK. The Practice Configuration practice template opens. From the PRAPARE® section, select PRAPARE®. Click Save and Close. Enable Practice-Defined Questions on the PRAPARE® Form
To enable practice-defined questions on the PRAPARE® form, you must first configure the Practice Configuration template. From the File menu, click System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice-level templates appears. Select Practice Configuration and then click OK. Enable the Social Determinants of Health link in the Social Panel and History Summary Panel
From the File menu, click System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice level templates appears. Select Practice Configuration, and then click OK. The Practice Configuration practice template opens. From the PRAPARE® section, select Social Determinants of Health. Click Save and Close. Push the ICD Codes Captured on the PRAPARE® Form to Today’s Assessments
From the File menu, click System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice level templates appears. Select Practice Configuration, and then click OK. The Practice Configuration practice template opens. From the PRAPARE® section, select Push ICD code captured on PRAPARE® form into Today’s Assessments. Click Save and Close. Access the Practice Configuration Template
