A general visit consists of office and virtual visits. Note: The instructions provided for office visit in the following sections are also applicable for virtual visits. The general office and virtual visit workflow includes the following: Intake staff workflow provides instructions for nurses or medical assistants on how to use the Intake and Histories templates to document the reasons for visit, medication, allergies, social history, and so on.
