Orthopedic Dynamic Parameters

Each dynamic HPI template has a list of sections (for example, family history, lab data, and diagnostic data) with associated findings that you can configure in the Dynamic HPI Config practice template. There are several sections that are common to all of the Orthopedic-related dynamic HPI templates.

Note: An asterisk (*) indicates that the section includes a freetext entry option to enter the appropriate data if the desired information is not available.
