Open the External Genitalia Procedure Template

You can document and bill the external genitalia procedures on the External Genitalia - Procedure template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On the SOAP template, select the Procedures link.
   The Procedures template opens.
3. In Genitourinary, select External Genitalia.
   The External Genitalia - Procedure template opens.
