Open the Subdermal Contraceptive Implant

You can open the Contraceptive Implant Procedure template to document the contraceptive implant insertion, implant removal, pre-procedure, and post-procedure details.

1. On the SOAP template, select the Procedures link.
   The Procedures template opens.
2. In Genitourinary, select Subdermal Contraceptive Implant.
   The Contraceptive Implant Procedure template opens.
