Document the Pre-Procedure Details for External Genitalia

You can document the pre-procedure details of an external genitalia procedure in the Pre-Procedure section on the External Genitalia-Procedure template.

1. Open the External Genitalia - Procedure template.
2. In the Pre-Procedure section, do the following:
   1. Optional: Select the following check boxes.
      • Correct patient is identified
      • Procedure/risks were explained
      • Questions were answered
      • Consent was obtained
      • Correct side and site confirmed
   2. Select the Consent link to document the consent details in the Consent Procedures template.
   3. Select a diagnosis in Indication for procedure.
   4. Select a diagnosis status in Status.
