Move Individual Procedure Order

To move an individual procedure order to the Today's Procedure Orders grid, Select the Add to Today's Orders on 1-click check box. Select the required procedure order in the grid. As you select an order in the grid, the system moves the order to the Today's Procedure Orders grid. After all the required procedure orders are moved to the Today's Procedure Orders grid, clear the Add to Today's Orders on 1-click check box. Move Procedure Orders to Today's Procedure Orders

You can move procedure orders to the Today's Procedure Orders grid one at a time, or you can move all the procedures at once. The Today's Procedure Orders grid includes filter fields as described below: View my orders - Displays orders selected by the current user of the system. View all orders - Displays all orders documented for the patient. View only unsigned orders - Displays the orders which do not have a value of Signed in the Signed column of the grid. Verify and Move All the Procedure Orders

To verify and move all the procedure orders to the Today's Procedure Orders grid, Select the Add all displayed to Today's Orders check box. The system fills the Status and Time fields automatically with the default status and the current system time respectively. You can modify the Status and Time details of the procedure orders. The Ordered By field populates with the rendering provider name selected in the General panel. If applicable, click the Ordered By field and select the provider from the list. If the procedure orders are entered at a later point of time, you can update all the pre-configured procedure orders with the late entry details: Select the Late Entry check box. Enter the date and time when the procedure was placed in the Date and Time fields respectively. In the Comment field, enter the reason for late entry. Click Add. Configure a Medication Procedure Order

On the Procedure Order & Discharge Instruction practice template, you can configure medication procedure orders for a specific specialty and procedure. To configure specialty-specific procedure orders, click Specialty and select a Specialty from the list. The grid populates with the procedure orders pre-configured for the selected specialty. The Procedure Order option is selected by default. To configure medication procedure orders for a specific procedure, click the Procedures field and select a procedure from the list. The list includes a list of procedures configured for the specialty in the Procedure Config practice template. Click Type to select a type of order. Click Category to select a category or stage to associate with the procedure orders. Note: If the options in the list are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list and enter the appropriate stage in the Category field. The created procedure orders appear in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. In theProcedure Orderssection, from theProcedurelist, select the procedure for which you want to place the order. The list includes all the procedures entered in theProceduresection of theASC - Intaketemplate. Select the type and category of the procedure order. All the preconfigured procedure orders matching the selected type and category appear in the grid. Procedure Orders To add a preconfigured procedure order, select it from the grid.
